Listing inclusion

A company qualifies for a listing when it meets all of the following:

It has a physical service address inside or immediately adjacent to the Brownsville–Harlingen metro (pop. 433,946).
It offers pest control as a primary commercial service (not a side line).
Its address and phone are publicly discoverable on its own website or on a reputable aggregator (BBB, Angi, Yellow Pages).

Verification levels

Verified (first-party): confirmed against the company's own published website.
Verified (aggregator): consistent across two or more third-party aggregators. We disclose any address variance in the listing body.
National brand: national franchise operating without a dedicated local office. We disclose this so readers understand the local presence differs from independent operators.

What we don't publish

Promotional copy supplied by the listed company in place of editorial overview.
